Three-storey house in El Perello Beach with its own artist's gallery. Spacious living room with fireplace and glass door that opens to a great terrace with direct access to the beach. Three double bedrooms and an attic with 2 beds on a tatami. Four terrasses, 3 of them facing the sea and one covered to enjoy those winter days. Enjoy the amazing views! SUP board for use by our guests.
The house is oriented East-West, so there is always a nice refreshing breeze, even in July/August.
My favorite spot in the house is a terrace overlooking the sea on the ground floor. Through the railing I can see lilies growing on the dune in summer; their perfume regale my evenings.
Three of the terraces are facing East giving excellent view of the sea while the terrace facing West is an excellent counterpoint to the others to enjoy a sunny afternoon in the winter or a shaded place for breakfast in the summer.
Enjoy the amazing views! There is a paddle surf board (SUP) for use by our guests for free. We recently installed solar panels so a part of the energy consumption during your stay will be covered by the wonderful Valencian sun!

At the end of the stay, I am very much interested in kwowing how were their holidays: what did they liked the best, and what would they like to see improved.
The Perelló Beach is a three kilometers open beach with very fine golden sand.
It received the “Q” Award for Quality Tourism in 2010. The afternoon winds from the mountains nearby make it very attractive for windsurfing and fly surfing lovers.
The Calderer Urbanization is a small development, and the beach area which is directly in front is little known. The water is usually very clean, and you can often see small fishes on the shore.
